On October 20, 2019, Indonesia Lafarge project department signed a new collective labor PKB (hereinafter referred to as the new PKB) with the Indonesian employees' union.
55 local employees are in Lafarge project department, which accounts for 69% of all employees. Fully combined with local policies and laws & regulations, the new PKB was signed, which includes the related systems, such as Measures for Local Staff’s Management, Method Of Localization Management, Compensation Management Method For Local Employee,The Rewards & Punishment Regulations For Local Staff. Through the execution of these systems, the recruitment process of local staff, post salary, rewards and punishments measures, and training content are regulated, etc., which provides the regulation and order for local staff management, and further improves the management level for local staff and effectively eliminates the risk of local labor policies, meanwhile, it’s benefit for the local employees to accept our company well, and makes our company establish a good international corporate image in the local area, which creates favorable conditions for the production and operation activities of the project and company’s further market development in Indonesia and neighboring countries.
Talent localization management, which is an important part of the company's strategic management philosophy, is also the only route which must be passed for the development and expansion of the company's overseas O&M business. With the continuous expansion of the company's overseas business, we should further strengthen resource reserve and team building of the localization management, vigorously promote the localization work of the intermediate and senior management personnel in overseas O&M project and formulate a characteristics road for our company's own localization management.
