On 1st December, 2019, LNET held Wuxu meeting on 2020 annual work, which is participated by company team, main principal of sub-company, principal of each department, project director and engineer representative.
The main purpose of the meeting is to analyze,study and determine the current situation and ponder over the measures for future development in combination with the current status and future trend of the company. In the meeting, the participants give complete discussion and presentation in the aspects of salary system, training&learning, technology innovation, energy-saving & consumption-reducing action, marketing development, human resources, brand establishment with the shape of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and providing suggestions and thinking ways in combination with their own working practice as the starting point, where comes up with lots of new thinking ways and sound ideas for lifting quality and increasing efficiency of the company’s future development direction and internal management.
Lastly, director Jia gives full affirmation to the company’s achievements in this year, and stresses that we should maintain the solid promotion on the basis of keeping the current developing trend, and focus on the basic management work, and strengthen the risk control of many aspects such as safety management risk, production management risk, brand building risk etc,. And we should conduct the procedure of "set the tone and give the plan" to comprehensively lay out next step.
Through this meeting, LNET confirms the work in 2019 and clarifies the work plans in 2020, and determines the development strategy for the next step.
