On November 19, 2017, Indonesian MAMUJU project owner RDM, EPC general contractor CHEC, and training subcontractor LI NENG Electric three companies gathered together to witness the training graduation ceremony of Indonesian local staff of RDM.
During the ceremony, LI NENG training teachers give certificates to qualified students respectively. At the same time, Mr. Guoqiang Huang, manager of EPC general contractor project, gave a speech on the training summary and awarded honorary certificates to outstanding students.
The training was started in August 2017 and lasted for four months. The training scope includes six specialties of boiler, turbine, electric, chemical, I&C and fuel transport. The Indonesian employees who are recruited by the employer have no working experience in the power plant. Most of the employees cannot communicate in English, which makes it difficult for the training. In view of this situation, the company specially adjusts the teaching mode to makes the training courseware, tries to teach in a vivid and intuitive way, and has achieved good results in this training.
After training, the students gradually from a student just stepped out of the campus into power plant operators of each position, not only to improve professional skills, but also have made a major breakthrough in the concept, to be able to work in accordance with the regulations of the power plant, safety procedures, and gradually took to the production technical positions.
Finally, RDM plant general manager Mr. WHAYU give the conclusion ,thank you very much for every training teacher from LI NENG Electric paid labor, RDM students have made great strides in their professional skills. For this training, in the ability of organization, technology strength, teaching mode are completely meet the requirements of RDM and expectations, training teachers and operation personnel at the site of skill level, professional dedication is also worth RDM staff follow the example of learning.
