      On 2017 Nov 16-19,the company annual working meeting convened. The meeting mainly combined with the company 2017 whole running condition , characteristics and work target evaluation criteria, review the main job for a year, focus on analysis of existing problems, and to seek the solution, study and set the 2018 working target and plan, and for the next period company in technology, business model and mechanism innovation and development, make some good advice and Suggestions.
      During the meeting, participants had a discuss around the theme, in the company system, training, learning, human resources, security concept, work processes, work standards, communication mechanism, the service consciousness, the responsibilities clearance, enterprise culture, innovation and development, and combined with their own work talking about the ideas, measures, discussion and review at the same time, discuss both the case and principles, talk about advantages and the problems, already provide the situation and make analysis. Everyone spoke freely and the meeting was lively.
      Finally Jia Xuedong chairman pointed out that in the meeting everyone speak actively, to make recommendations for the company development, put forward good advice, opinions, and find out the deficiencies and solution in the present work, provided a good basis for company 2018 working, has been clear about the goals and direction for the development of the company next year and in the future.
      And some requirements for the future work: first, we should stick to innovation-driven development.
      Second, we should strengthen market analysis and adaptability.
      Third, we should strengthen the integration of human resources and the cultivation of high-end talents.
      Fourth, we should have a standardize management.
