On April 29, company organized the 1st self-assessment of enterprise skilled talents in 2022. Totally 31 students participated in the Theory and practical skills examination, including 1 level III electrician / senior worker and 30 level IV electrician / intermediate workers.
LNET strictly abides by various national laws and regulations and relevant requirements for self-assessment of enterprise skilled talents, and earnestly does a good job in personnel identification, verification of application conditions, evaluation and identification, etc. The closed-book examination is adopted for the theory examination, and the discipline of the examination room is strict; The practical skill evaluation assesses the overall ability of students from two aspects: troubleshooting, hands-on operation. Gaoqing human resources and Social Security Bureau supervised the self-assessment and put forward pertinent suggestions.
