On July 23, 2017, seven training teachers arrived at the project site for Indonesian MAMUJU2*30MW coal-fired power plant Indonesian staff training which marks that training was officially launched.
Huadian Science and Engineering Overseas Engineering Company is also responsible for half a year of basic training of 51 Indonesian employees. In view of a good basis for cooperation with Huadian as well as professional competence recognition about training and operation of our company, Huadian delivers this major training to our company.
In the spirit of highly responsible attitude towards HuaDian, our company attaches great importance to the training, carefully selects a number of lecturers with rich power station theory and practical experience to organize many discussions, analyze past training experience and shortcomings to ensure that this training can be done better. At the same time, due to consideration for weak basis of the owners, the training abandoned the previous emphasis on the theory, and took PPT and 3D animation forms. The teachers use simple and intuitive ways to teach Indonesian students, which have aroused much interest of trainees and created a good learning atmosphere.
At present, according to the original plan, the first phase of the training work has been successfully concluded. Our training teachers have interacted well with Indonesian students. Innovative training model, relaxed classroom atmosphere as well as positive learning attitude has won the recognition from Huadian and owners.
