On-site Training Work of Thailand TPIPP 1*150MW Coal-fired Power Plant Operation Project has made a complete success, which lasts for about one month. In recent days,training instructors will return to China with TPI PP trainees for on-site practice and simulator learning in the same size of domestic power plant.
The trainee training work is a very important part of this operation project. Our company has paid much emphasis on this training and sent professional and experienced technical personnel to serve as training teachers and arranged specialized interpreters.
When arriving at the site,our lecturers fully communicate with owners, consult about the training, develop training programs, improve the training content according to local conditions to carry out training work. The entire training is not limited in teaching materials,forms and make immediate and effective communication with trainees and create a good training atmosphere to ensure the training effect. So, we have gained high appraisals and admiration from owners and CNEEC leaders and laid a good foundation for future work.
