2021 Annual Theory-discussing Meeting Held
On October 25th, 2020, Shandong LiNeng Power Technology Company held the 2021 annual theory-discussing meeting. Company’s leadership, main management personnel of branch office, mangers and deputy managers of each departments attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed and summarized the focus of work of LiNeng in 2020, talked and discussed ways for work about company's technical innovation, human resources, market development, training plan, energy conservation and consumption reduction in 2021.Company’s leadership made a summary of their respective responsibilities and put forward their opinions. Participants of meeting talked about detailed measures, which provided new ideas and good methods for the company to adjust the development direction and improve the quality and efficiency of internal management.
Jia Xuedong,Chairman of LiNeng made a summary speech. Jia pointed out that under the text of coronavirus situation this year, the company has made steady progress with concerted efforts of all personal and meet the difficulties.Jia stressed that the LiNeng should re-examine itself, make up for its weaknesses and strengthen its advantages; it should bring in talents in various ways, cultivate excellent talent teams, and improve the talent gradient construction; it should change new ideas and use the promotion of ideas to drive the change of actions, so as to provide sufficient impetus for the development of the company.
After this meeting, the work tasks of LiNeng in 2021 were clarified, and the confident of LiNeng about development was strengthened, which laid a foundation for the company to achieve high-quality leapfrog development in the coming year.
