    On January 11, 2020, the 2019 annual work summary meeting of the company is convenced in the conference room on the second floor of the comprehensive building. All the leading group members, and all members of departments and branch office of the company attend the meeting.
 
      At the meeting, general manager Zhang Yubo concludes the work in 2019, and deploys the tasks and targets in 2020, and signs the tasks and targets responsibility agreement and safety production&management responsibility agreement in 2020 annual work with relevant departments. The outstanding workers and post stars of the 2019 are commended, and excellent representatives give typical speeches.
 
    At the meeting, Zhang Yubo states that the year of 2019,which is key year for our company’s development, plays a role of preceding and connecting link in the process of the first five-year plan of our company. The output value of each business section achieves a steady growth for the consecutive three years, market layout has gradually been being clear and complete and the bussiness mode has been continuously optimized. And the safety production work has been carried out solidly and effectively, management system and process construction has been gradually developed standardization and mature. Meanwhile , LNET also has problems such as the difficulty in capital turnover due to the high pressure of receivables at the operating level, low work efficiency in various departments and branch office, and the urgent need to improve the echelon construction of project management personnel . And the work measures in 2020 is also covered.First, lay a solid foundation and improve basic skills. Simplify the process, improve the efficiency, strengthen the cooperation and throttle and seal the leakage, and improve management for benifit. Second, tightly focus on the work of production safety management, increase the intensity of assessment and eliminate safety hidden dangers.Third, increase the recruitment of excellent skilled and managerial personnel, strengthen the training of management personnel and grassroots staff, implement flexible employment mechanism, and perfect talent echelon construction.Fourth, further enhance the awareness of risk prevention, and prevent systematic management risks, so as to ensure the healthy development of the company.

First of all, he shows that in 2019, each business section of LNET  has maintained stable growth, and the overseas operation and maintenance market has made remarkable achievements. However, few achievements have been made in technological innovation and profit rate has declined, and the problem of human resources has not been fundamentally solved, which has become the bottleneck of the company's sustainable development. And the management team, who is lack of urgent spirit, are not sufficient brave to beat the chanllenges and overcome themselves when facing the difficulties and problems, and the waiting mind and dependent mentality is serious, which becomes the obstacle to the sustainable development of the company. In the current uncertain and increasingly complex economic situation at home and abroad, we must be soberly aware of our own problems and shortcomings, and actively respond to the domestic economic adjustment period.First, we should be brave enough to face difficulties and problems instead of avoiding or escaping them, and solve problems with a mind of understanding and development. The second is to make great efforts to train the internal work of the enterprise and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise; Third, we should have the courage to face challenges, seize opportunities, make good use of policies, and actively embrace the intellegent science and technology era.In the transformation and development of LNET, high starting point is in the forefront of the industry. Finally, he emphasizes on the three problems involving in the long-term sustainable development of enterprise : one is to build the company into a platform that is suitable for the employees to work and develop bussiness, through strengthening the service consciousness and service function, optimize the system construction of the company and form a series of incentive measures, such as "based on striver", "based on post work", "based on contribution evaluation", through the inner introducting and outer recommanding methods, resource integration, strengthening the building of  technology platform, talent platform and market platform, so as to realize the innovation of enterprise organization and management model, and improve the company's hard & soft strength and the bear capacity of the "stage". Second, we should do a solid job in technological innovation and personnel training to enhance the company's hard power.
