The Spring Maintenance Test of Changjia Photovoltaic Project Was Completed Successfully
At 16:00 , on April 19, 2019, as all equipment of Changjia photovoltaic project was transferred from maintenance to operation, the spring maintenance test of Changjia photovoltaic project in 2019 was wholly completed, and the equipment were put into normal operation.
At 8 o 'clock, on April 16, 2019, the whole equipment of Changjia photovoltaic project switched from operation to maintenance, which means the spring maintenance test started officially. For this spring maintenance, in addition to the completion of the station's first and second equipment maintenance trial, electrical equipment cleaning, elimination, protection and calibration and other routine maintenance projects, according to the 2019 annual technical reform plan, we also installed a bird drive to the outgoing line. In order to successfully complete the maintenance work, the Changjia photovoltaic project carefully prepared the test, reasonablely arranged the task plan according to the maintenance period, and strictly conducted the system of "two-order, three-system", before the test, the written safety disclosure was presented and signed in evidence for and by all the staff, and dangerous points and matters needing attention of this maintenance work was explained, so as to ensure the maintenance staff understand and familiar with maintenance field devices.
During the maintenance, Changjia photovoltaic project department extremely focused on the safety management of the maintenance, and the staff entered the maintenance site on time every day, and carried out real-time supervision and inspection on the work management and safety measures. spared every effort to address the found problems during the on-site inspection, immediately conducted the field supervision and modification to the exisit troubles, performed education guidance to the staff with insufficent safety awareness, actively coordinated the on-site safety management problem needed to solve, and tried to ensure the safety at the scene while as far as possible to speed up the maintenance schedule.
The whole equipment was put into operation at 16:00, on April 19. The maintenance pre-test work was completed and the equipment was in normal operation. In this spring maintenance, a total of 7 items of remaining defects of the electric power station were eliminated, 6 copies of the first kind of working tickets were handled, and 12 copies of switching operation tickets were executed. The pass rate of working ticket and operation ticket is 100%. Under the joint efforts of all personnel of Changjia photovoltaic project and maintenance personnel of Zibo branch company, the maintenance work was completed safely, perfectly and efficiently, which provided reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the follow-up work of electric power station and laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of various safety production goals and economic index.
