The New Year’s warm blessing warm heart lovingly
-- the chairman of the company visited the staff of the project department before the Spring festival
With the ardent caring and deeply blessing, the year of the “pig” is approaching. From January 21,2019 to January 27, 2019, the company’s chairman, Mr Jia Xuedong respectively visited the frontline staff who work in the Inner Mongolia Tian Hao department and Kyrgyzstan Bishkek department with care & concern and warmth & greeting and expressed the company's sincere concern and deep blessing to everybody and made everybody feel the beautiful warmth of Lineng family.
Mr Jia brought the festive greetings and blessings to the struggled frontline staff of Inner Mongolia Tian Hao project department. At the same time, he detailly inquiried the life and work conditions of frontline staff and put forward some guiding suggestions on site conditions and safety.
Afterwards, Mr jia arrived at Kyrgyzstan Bishkek project department. Accompanied by the project manager Tian Shuguang and the project management personnel, he successively went to the first-line production sites, such as the turbine workshop, the central control room, the boiler workshop and the chemical water workshop, and obtained a detailed understanding of the current production and operation situation of the project department. In the central control room, he visited all the staff on duty and listened to mr Tian's report on the operating conditions of the unit, power generation & heating supply and safety production, and Mr Jia also made important instructions for the current and future work.
During the visiting period , Mr Jia called key personnel to hold a discussion meeting, and the staff spoke freely at the meeting and put forward their own opinions and suggestions to the company development. Mr Jia expressed full affirmation of the work performance of Kyrgyzstan Bishkek project department, and he introduced the operating condition and development prospects and thoughts of the company, and he also replied the answers to all staff concened questions one by one.
The arrival of Mr Jia encouraged everyone's morale and made everyone feel the warmth of the Lineng family and furtherly inspired everyone's confidence to work hard. The staff have expressed that they would stick to their posts, strengthen their own business ability learning so as to do their own work well and contribute their own strength to the development of the company with practical actions.
