Go to CHEC for Benchmark Study, LNET Insists on Craftsman Spirit to Fulfill Their Dream
To improve LNET's operation and maintenance management level, enhance its market competitiveness, and promote its internationalization, recently, Mr. Jia Xuedong, Chairman of LNET, with his team including 20 relevant functional departments head and operation and maintenance project managers, went to CHEC PLTU Power Plant to conduct a benchmark study with a theme of “excellent project management” and discusses the advanced experience in project operation & maintenance management.
After the benchmark study, LNET immediately held an analysis meeting. Mr. Jia Xuedong required all departments to learn from the industry benchmark. Combining practice, learn from their strong points to offset LNET’s weakness, and change LNET’s work style, and make clear the work direction to bring LNET’s operation and maintenance projects to a new level. All project managers also expressed that through this benchmark learning, the benchmark was established and the standards were clarified, they would do strictly as the requirements for excellence, demonstrate the craftsman spirit and build elaborate, making LNET a brilliant company.
